Barcelona, Spain
Some of the best trips are spontaneous, and this was 100% the case when Elena hopped on a last minute flight from London to Barcelona with long time friend Maurice Jones-Drew and a few others. Spanning over three days, the group was really in Barcelona about 40 hours. Elena put on her tour guide cap and lead the group throughout the magical city of Barcelona, making use of each and every minute.

Many new memories were made and incredible sights experienced; visiting places such as La Sagrada Familia, the Cathedral of Barcelona, Parc de Montjuïc, Ciutadella Park, and also enjoying the secret (and best) restaurants Barcelona has to offer. Of course, in true TKG style, no trip is complete without a jersey swap. This one is unique though, be sure to keep reading to see more.

While getting in way too much cardio running through Barcelona, some great memories came back to El as she had visited the city 20 years before. She was able to revisit the same places and recreate some of these incredible moments.

While on a water break, the group meandered down a few beautiful streets and into a local shop. Lo and behold, El and MJD came across their perfect jerseys. Since jersey swaps are something that TKG does does, well of course it was only right for them to have their own jersey swap. Just brilliant.
